You’ll use my online coaching platform, Everfit, where all your training is delivered and tracked. You can log workouts, record results, and upload progress photos directly in the app. I’ll review everything during our weekly check-ins and update your program in real time so it always matches your progress and goals.

That’s why we build a plan around your schedule. We can get great results in as little as 2–3 focused sessions per week if you’re consistent and dialled into the right structure. I’ll show you how to train efficiently, recover properly, and prioritise what actually drives fat loss and improves body composition.
Absolutely. I coach people at all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Everything is tailored to your current fitness level and long-term goals.
For nutrition, we’ll use Cronometer. It lets you log your meals quickly and gives both of us clear data on calories, macros, and micronutrients. That way I can adjust your nutrition plan to make sure it’s supporting your training, recovery, and long-term goals.
Progressive overload is the principle of gradually increasing the demands on your body so you keep getting stronger and fitter over time. In your training plan, that might mean adding weight, increasing reps, adjusting tempo, or improving range of motion.
Inside Everfit, I’ll track your workouts and progress week by week. This allows me to adjust your program in real time, making sure the challenge is always right for your fitness level and goals.
